Care Amerika/Care Travel USA: To take out Care Amerika/Care Travel USA international health insurance, you must have a place of residence (registered address) in Germany at the time of taking out the policy. You may not be older than 74 during the term and you can insure any type of stay abroad (e.g. private trips to America, business trips to the USA, au pair stays in the USA, studying in the USA, language school, exchange and educational trips) for up to 18 months. Are you already abroad or in the USA? No problem! The USA insurance Care Amerika/Care Travel USA can also be taken out after leaving Germany. |
The area of validity for this product is: Worldwide including USA Have you returned to Germany from the USA in the meantime? Then you are also insured in Germany for up to 30 days with our home country cover. |
