We can only work on new requests and applications for reimbursement for doctor's bills, prescriptions and cases of liability in principle about submission of the original vouchers. In order to ensure a quick treatment of your requests, we ask you to always note your insurance (policy) number on all proofs before you send these to our postal address:

After the exit
  • turn left on to 'Siegburger Straße'
  • drive under the motorway bridge
  • immediately behind the bridge turn right on to ‚Am Herz-Jesu-Kloster‘ (watch out the speed limit is 30 km per hour)
  • after approximately 100 meters the entrance to ‚Schlößchen‘ is on the left side
  • drive left after the entrance gate and then right to the parking lot
  • the way to the entrance of Care Concept is signposted

With public transportation you can reach us with buses 608 and 609, starting from Bonn Hauptbahnhof (the main train station). You will have a shorter walking distance if you take line 608 or 609, starting from Bonn Hauptbahnhof (central station) or Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz.
