Note: If your insurance number begins with S10, S14, S20, S22, S24, AGX3, HX1, S15, BG8, AG4, AG1, BG6, G10, HG1, G11, G04, AG5, HM1, CJG, CJP, CKP, CD-, you cannot use our customer portal. You can file claims online. Please click here.
When using the My Care Concept Customer portal we can guarantee very fast turnaround times. Alternatively, you can also use the service portal, where processing may take a little longer.
With our invoice app, you can easily scan receipts from anywhere with your cell phone and send them to us quickly and easily.
You can download the Invoice App via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
