Note: If your insurance number begins with S10, S14, S20, S22, S24, AGX3, HX1, S15, BG8, AG4, AG1, BG6, G10, HG1, G11, G04, AG5, HM1, CJG, CJP, CKP, CD-, you cannot use our customer portal. You can file claims online. Please click here.
When using the My Care Concept Customer portal we can guarantee very fast turnaround times. Alternatively, you can also use the service portal, where processing may take a little longer.
